The short version: We collect information needed to run your account and send invoices. We use cookies, Facebook Ads tracking, and Google Pixel to help us understand how people find and use Primo Invoice so we can improve our marketing. We never sell your personal data.

Primo Invoice uses cookies and third-party tracking technologies to help us understand how people discover and use our platform, and to run targeted advertising to tradespeople who may benefit from our service.

Facebook Pixel (Meta)

We use the Meta Pixel on our website. This allows Facebook and Instagram to show our ads to people who have visited Primo Invoice, and to measure how effective our advertising is. Meta may collect your IP address, browser information, and pages visited. You can opt out of Meta's tracking via your Facebook ad settings.

Google Pixel (Google Ads & Analytics)

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking. This helps us understand which marketing channels bring people to Primo Invoice and measure the performance of our Google ad campaigns. Google may collect browsing data including pages visited and time on site. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

Essential cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to make the platform function correctly. These cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the service to work.

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, after which it is permanently deleted. Invoice records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance purposes.

8. Data security

We take data security seriously. Your data is stored using Supabase with bank-grade encryption. All connections to Primo Invoice use HTTPS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email if we make any material changes. Your continued use of Primo Invoice after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
