The short version: Primo Invoice gives you a free 14-day trial — no card needed to start. After 14 days, choose a plan starting from £29 per month. You can cancel any time. If you're not happy after being charged, request a refund within 14 days of payment and we'll sort it.
Primo Invoice is an invoicing and payment platform built for UK tradespeople — including builders, plumbers, electricians, and contractors. By creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service.
When you sign up to Primo Invoice you get a 14-day free trial with full access to all Pro plan features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
After your 14-day free trial ends, your account will automatically move to the Pro plan at £20 per month (inclusive of VAT where applicable). Payment is taken via the card or payment method you add to your account.
You can cancel your Primo Invoice subscription at any time — no notice period, no cancellation fees.
We want you to be happy with Primo Invoice. If you are charged and decide it's not for you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your payment date.
Your invoice data, customer records, and business information belong to you. We store your data securely and do not sell it to third parties. If you cancel your account, you can export your data at any time before your account is closed.
Primo Invoice is intended for legitimate business invoicing purposes. You agree not to use the platform to send fraudulent invoices, process payments for illegal goods or services, or misrepresent your business to customers.
We aim to keep Primo Invoice available 99.9% of the time. Occasionally we may need to carry out maintenance or updates. We will give you as much notice as possible for any planned downtime.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Your continued use of Primo Invoice after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
